For the past 5 years, I have helped clients with pain and health issues, by applying various modalities of massage such as hot stone, cold stone, aromatherapy, trigger point, cupping, and sports massage. Each session can range from 30 to 90 minutes. In addition, I have experience working with individuals in a gym environment and spa.
For the past 20 years, I have help patients achieve a pain free session by incorporating different modalities such as Orthopedic Massage, Reflexology, and Cupping Therapy.Â I was one of the first classes to graduate from Waubonsee Community College Therapeutic Massage program.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for health, wellness, and providing effective therapy to muscular imbalances in the body while decreasing stress that promotes relaxation. I graduated from Waubonsee Community College Therapeutic Massage program in 2020. I am so happy to be be in a field which allows me to immerse myself in the subjects that I love; anatomy physiology, and neuroscience. I continnually work on expanding my knowledge which enables me to be effective in decreasing pain and tension. In a massage session I use a seamless fusion of different techniques that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Stretches. These are taiolred to address the specific issues of the patient.
I will continue to practice massage with an academic approach in order to undersand the body and ways that I can help others reduce or heal from their pain and suffering. My philosophy: listen to the patient and understand their needs and work collaboratively with them to meet their goal. Provided touch therapy in a safe environment that promotes holistic wellness and do no harm.
I graduated from Waubonsee Community College Therapeutic Massage program in 2020. I have continued expanding my knowlede and skillset ever since. I have helped clients manage their chronic pain and reduece muscle tension by incorporating a variety of modolities, including Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Myofasical Release, and Stretching Techniques.
Being a Certified Personal Trainer also lets me educate my clients about the importance of proper self-care and how combining massage and exercise can facilitate muscle recovery, decrease tension, and reduce stress.
